We approached this project carefully, as it was our very first undertaking of this scale. We studied our client’s business to create a focused and effective solution for contract protection that would allow our client to keep doing business safely on the market. We were very happy to see the our contract structure saved our client from few possible big liabilities payout.
Platform automation with AI
Our client had huge inefficiencies with a very valid service for its customers. We translated his approach into our flow processes and we automated those with a new web platform with a touch of AI as basic replies. The result was a five time the put with 60% increase in marginality per service.
Organization Flow

With this particular project we checked the communication flow and we were able to re-determine the correct organizational structure, saving more than 20% of man hours and increasing production efficiency.
